Chocolate is one of my favorite food groups! And what better way to jazz it up and make it fun for St. Patrick’s Day.
1 box of chocolate cake mix of your choice
1 container of white icing
Green food coloring
Prepare cake mix as indicated on box. Use green cupcake cups and bake. When done, remove and cool completely. Scoop out white icing into bow and add in 3 drops of green food coloring. If you would like a darker green, add more. Frost and add sprinkles and decorations as desired.
